Request for Proposal for the new sign.

Updates from original document:
1) Focus on the vertical sign – it will be easier to read all portions of it.
2) Get bids for both internally and externally lit options.
3) On the cheaper option, is it even in code to have a readerboard-style sign in our neighborhood?
4) Bids should include the cost to run electricity to the sign.
5) Bids should include the cost to build an attractive base – say with stone
6) Bids should make use of the existing sign infrastructure, wherever possible.
7) The first and second style (expensive) signs should approach the limits on height and width allowed by zoning board in order to be readable to drivers.
8) The sign must be allowed under the existing sign ordinances of the city/county.
